Swimming In Trunks Or Jammers

" Sounds Desafinado. Taking the pulse of the music industry in Chile "My teacher Bielsa

This research started in 2008, after concerns about confirming the criticisms of some musicians on a seemingly flawed system by bad business decisions, cronyism and influence.

real Is the existence of concepts such as priority, payola or managers to distort the industry? Do Chilean musicians have real potential to generate career in Chile and why an international artist fills the stadiums and the Chilean musicians have to do "tops" for the same spaces? Can speak of a music industry in Chile?

Through the testimony of musicians like Joe Vasconcellos, Alberto Plaza, Pablo Herrera, Claudio Narey, José Alfredo Fuentes among others, managers, managers of major labels (EMI, Warner) and independents (Larch, Feriamusic), radio directors, management corporation presidents sought to answer these and other questions.

In July 2010 I decided to publish this research that more than 200 pages through this space that could be read by the majority of Chilean artists. To date we have completed almost 5 thousand downloads. (March 2011)

What Are The Most Common Numbers Drawn In Pick 3

When I came across a lady who was so happy that the day of her birthday had won Chile's first World Cup match, played the magic that unfolded yesterday.

World Cup I have vague memories of 82, but in my head, followed by the phrase of Mexico 86, but not remember what happened to us in the north of the continent, also remember the duo Za-Sa , but not much the other players in this World Cup in France.

I do remember is the feeling easy atmosphere, the speaker of the traditional moral victories, the lack of grip of the Chileans, the lack of personality and many ninguneo that did nothing but enhance that feeling of being the ugliest child or less likable the course or the office, club, etc..

Bielsa I always liked his secrecy, his obsession (insurance at the expense of many personal things) and his style of not giving away smiles when the cameras to the front, simply because its subject is different, because coaching he could only deliver smiles and energy to his own, his pupils and assistants.

And to think call it crazy, maybe only a fool can make things right and change the logic of some harmful traditions that I love this chili.

may not win this world (I have no doubt that these guys will do everything possible twenties to overcome the previous game and that is already huge!), But you can change another story that goes Beyond this event, and style is the lesson of Bielsa.

I can be splitting hairs, but since I've seen this selection, there is a spirit that is obvious and in my opinion is based on trust: confidence to be part of a team, confident that you'll get better, trust that you will not be none but you will say: "you can" (just do it), the feeling that you are not threatened from within, because they are concentrated in cagarte to earn the job, but are teaching them to do all the best.

When I saw the first match of Argentina in the World Cup, all eyes were on Messi, there were no other players but some boys who had to generate the space Messi and I thought: but if There are 11 players!

11 players (0 23 if you count those waiting their turn in the pews) has Bielsa Chile and the teacher as they call them, taught them that there was only one clear goal: to attack to win and defend as needed. The I 11 (or 23) veinteaños wonderful warriors.

Can you imagine that this logic was applied to all teams?

How to grow this country!
