This research started in 2008, after concerns about confirming the criticisms of some musicians on a seemingly flawed system by bad business decisions, cronyism and influence.
real Is the existence of concepts such as priority, payola or managers to distort the industry? Do Chilean musicians have real potential to generate career in Chile and why an international artist fills the stadiums and the Chilean musicians have to do "tops" for the same spaces? Can speak of a music industry in Chile?
Through the testimony of musicians like Joe Vasconcellos, Alberto Plaza, Pablo Herrera, Claudio Narey, José Alfredo Fuentes among others, managers, managers of major labels (EMI, Warner) and independents (Larch, Feriamusic), radio directors, management corporation presidents sought to answer these and other questions.
In July 2010 I decided to publish this research that more than 200 pages through this space that could be read by the majority of Chilean artists. To date we have completed almost 5 thousand downloads. (March 2011)
